Shipping and Returns



We ship worldwide with DHL and other similar couriers (trackable parcel).

The shipping cost is € 10 for orders under € 200.

Shipping is free for orders over € 200.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days and estimated delivery times are 10 business days depending on the location.

Business Days are from Monday to Friday and don't include National Holidays / Global Holidays.




1. For all returns, send an e-mail to within 14 days of receiving the order to request the return authorization number (RA).

2. Include in your e-mail the order number and the items you are requesting to return / replace.

3. Once your return / exchange has been approved, you will receive an RA number.


We are committed to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We normally do not reimburse if we change our mind or make a wrong decision. There will be no refund for the original shipment and the return mail is at your expense.

We suggest you use Registered Mail with tracking as we cannot assume any liability for lost or missing returned orders.

No exchange or refund on items for sale unless the product is defective.

Unwashed, unworn or unused items (with labels) can be returned upon presentation of the original invoice up to 14 days after receiving the order.

You can choose between a refund, an exchange or a credit in which the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the product purchased on the website.



We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently available and that prices are correct. Standard delivery times are between 7-10 working days in Europe, international delivery times differ for each country; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 working days to agree on an alternative item or a full refund.
