What are the delivery times? Usually 10 Business Days after the shipment. Business Days are from Monday to Friday and don't include National Holidays / Global Holidays.

Will you send me the tracking of the package? After the shipment we will send you the tracking code via e-mail, if you don't see our emails check the spam and promotional folders of your email.
I have to pay customs fees or extra charges when the package arrives? Depends on your Country customs office, sometimes it can happen to pay a small amount, if that happens you need to pay in cash to the courier the extra fees, if you don't pay they will send the package back to us, so make sure you have cash on you when the courier is delivering your package, if the package is coming back because you did not pay the extra fees we can't refund you the order.
